We went to the public library and in the cellar there are ruins of an old monestary. Yohoo, I'm monky bear!		The monks looked like this. Why they would walk around in their pajamas is beyond me. Maybe they slept a lot? On the wall picture is King Harald V (to the right) at the opening I think, with the ex mayor.
At last we found a real viking! Well... at least a descendent. This fellow was looking at us rather strangely as we were taking some of our pictures, but then Bjørn explained my very important role as ''Ambearsador'' and he laughed and said he understood - his wife was American! I'm not sure what that meant...but he agreed to pose with me!		The monks spent their time reading and writing these books. This particular book looks newer though.
