Yet another sculpture, this time the sawmill. This kind of saw, a 'sash saw' was widely used here. This sculpture was donated by the school where Inger works, and it was her idea, I've been told...

Another use of the water power from the river was to get a mill working to make flour out of the grains. I'm sitting on the thingie which was for lifting up the millstone, see me?
