The Sego lillies were just starting to bloom. This is Utah's state flower!

 Dinosaur Quarry - Desert

There was a big, wide desert near the dinosaur quarry we went to see on the 19th of May. It was a beautiful drive to the country on a long, winding road, but worth the trip for all the wonderful things to see!
Cleveland Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry Museum

There's a museum at the quarry. Can you see me at the base of the plant near the door? (Between the trash can and the bench.) I'd have really been lost if this were a picture of a dinosaur!

The quarry is a place where thousands of prehistoric dinosaur bones have been dug up and shipped to all parts of the world. I bet those dinosaurs back in the day never thought they'd get to travel so much! Like me!
